CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that the unexpected may happen. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! Feel free to cancel anytime online within the 4-hour rule. A 50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period may be accommodated when notice is provided, otherwise the 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!
